No Surprises - It’s Radiohead
Thom and friends unite,
On a road to find their sound,
Radiohead takes flight.
Pablo Honey drops,
A Creep becomes an anthem,
Jonny's guitar pops.
The Bends takes a turn,
Ed and Phil join the mix,
A Fake Plastic Tree yearn.
OK Computer reigns,
Thom's voice howls in angst and pain,
Exit Music refrains.
Kid A shifts the sound,
Colin's bass holds it all down,
Thom's words, more profound.
Amnesiac flows,
Phil's drumming, wild and precise,
I Might Be Wrong glows.
Hail to the Thief roars,
Politics takes center stage,
Jonny's strings explore.
In Rainbows surprise,
Ed's guitar, soft and sublime,
Pay what you want, nice.
The King of Limbs grooves,
Thom's voice, still haunting and smooth,
Lotus Flower moves.
Thom goes solo, strong,
Atoms for Peace take the stage,
Flea's bass, steady throng.
A Moon Shaped Pool shines,
Strings and piano combine,
Thom's voice, ageless whine.
Jonny scores films too,
There Will Be Blood, Phantom Thread,
Noms and wins ensue.
Phil's accident scares,
But his drumming perseveres,
Radiohead still flares.
Ed fights Brexit's hold,
Colin helps refugees, bold,
Radiohead's love told.
Departure of friend,
But Radiohead plays on, strong,
New songs, old ones blend.
Radiohead today,
Thom, Jonny, Colin, Ed, Phil,
Music, they still slay.
The future unknown,
But Radiohead's sound will groan,
Evolving, but grown.
